Alta Dairies

Wood Partners is one of the largest multifamily real estate developers in the country and one of KMA’s largest, long-standing clients. While they are a national corporation, they organize regionally, working with local architecture firms to intentionally design projects and amenities that reflect the areas they serve. Over the past 18 years, KMA has worked collaboratively with Wood Partners on 180 projects across 14 regional offices. 

Alta Dairies is one of Wood Partners’ mid-rise developments in the Grant Park area of Atlanta, GA. KMA was tasked with reviewing design and construction plans to ensure the project was accessible. Our feedback led to the design team repositioning water fountains, leveling pavement in the dog park, improving entryways, and adjusting the height of the parking garage to improve access. The team also helped Wood Partners assess the best locations for EV charging stations and designed safer access to hidden clubhouses or “speakeasies” on the property.
