Project Pioneer

Project Pioneer is one of KMA’s largest commercial due-diligence evaluations to date. In partnership with EBI Consulting and on behalf of VICI Properties, KMA’s team evaluated a portfolio of 17 casinos across the country, including the landmark Mirage and New York–New York casino resorts on the famous Las Vegas strip. This is one of several assignments completed on behalf of VICI in recent years.

KMA’s team reviewed the seventeen casino sites to identify accessibility deficiencies and completed thorough reports outlining areas of improvement. Because this work took place in multiple states, KMA staff leveraged expert state-specific code knowledge to identify and apply the different accessibility standards relevant to each site. The size of this project required full-team participation, which KMA values as a meaningful opportunity for team building and connection.
